Yes. We accept Custom Owner’s Material for both new custom builds and reupholstery, subject to a professional review of the textile's weight.

Service and Support
Please submit photos through our Service Request Form within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a repair or replacement.
Keep items out of direct sunlight, vacuum upholstery weekly, and dust wood surfaces with a dry microfiber cloth.
Custom orders and reupholstery commissions are final sale once production begins. Showroom stock may be exchanged subject to restocking fees.
Modifications can typically be made within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, provided production or disassembly has not yet started.
