Yes. All furniture deliveries include transport, room-of-choice placement, assembly, and packaging removal.

What are your standard lead times?

Showroom items deliver in 1 to 2 weeks. Custom orders take 8 to 16 weeks depending on fabric and workshop schedules.

Do you ship outside of Texas?

Yes. We coordinate nationwide white-glove shipping. Contact your associate for a custom quote.

How do I schedule my delivery?

Once your items clear our warehouse quality inspection, our concierge will call you to arrange a specific delivery window.

How should I prepare for a consultation?

Please gather any blueprints, room dimensions, and inspirational images to help our team understand your goals.

Can you reupholster my existing furniture?

Yes. Our master craftspeople strip heirloom pieces down to the frame, replacing springs and cushioning before applying your choice of luxury textiles.

Can I use my own fabric

Yes. We accept Custom Owner’s Material for both new custom builds and reupholstery, subject to a professional review of the textile's weight.

Can I buy directly from the showroom floor?

Yes. Our showrooms feature a rotating selection of elite furniture available for immediate purchase and immediate delivery.

Service and Support

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please submit photos through our Service Request Form within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a repair or replacement.

How do I care for my furniture?

Keep items out of direct sunlight, vacuum upholstery weekly, and dust wood surfaces with a dry microfiber cloth.

What is your return policy?

Custom orders and reupholstery commissions are final sale once production begins. Showroom stock may be exchanged subject to restocking fees.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Modifications can typically be made within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, provided production or disassembly has not yet started.
